2. Reservation: The reservation becomes valid, if the tenant has transferred 30 % of the total amount of renting to the landlord and sent a signed copy of the rental agreement to the landlord before the agreed holiday starting date.

The tenant is under no circumstances allowed to transfer the right of renting to a third party; except written agreement of the landlord. Each violation of the renting agreement is equal to a cancellation on the part of the tenant.

3. Cancellation by the tenant: Each cancellation of the renting agreement must be done in writing and to be sent to the landlord by certified mail.

Cancellation before arrival: the transferred advance payment will not be returned. If the tenant does not leave any notice within 24 hours after the agreed renting date, the contract will be invalid and the landlords can rent out the vacation home to someone else. The advance payment will not be returned.

If the stay is shortened, the tenant owes nevertheless the total amount of renting. There is no claim on any refund of payment.

4. Arrival: The tenant arrives at the determined date at 4pm. Later arrival should be announced to the landlord.

5. The payment of balance of 70 % must be paid in cash on the tenant's arrival.

6. Arrival: An inventory is present at your arrival. Possible deviations are to be announced to the landlord within 48 hours in writing and be supplemented on the inventory.

The vacation homes will be transferred to the tenant in clean condition at the beginning of the holidays. The cleaning during and before departure has to be done by the tenant. With mutual agreement, the final cleaning will be done by the landlord for a small fee of 50.-- Euros.

7. Use of the place: The tenant gives consideration to the peaceful and calm environment and uses the facilities accordingly.

8. Domestic animals are permitted only by prior arrangement with the landlord. Even if such a permission is given, the dog should be on a lead. The owner of the dog must ensure that the animal's daily toileting needs are restricted to areas other than the gardens around the property. Price supplement: 2 Euros per day per animal.

9. Insurance: The tenant is liable for damage he or his companions cause. It is recommended to have an appropriate insurance.

10. At the end of the stay the tenant must pay in cash all additional costs (ex. final cleaning 50 Euros; 0.15 Euros/Kwh electricity, if the daily consumption exceeds 4 Kwh), which are not included in the rent.
