Bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Bedroom left 19 m2 with 2 seperate beds, shelf and sofa (can be used as an additional bed).

Bedroom right 14 m2 with a masterbed (1.60 x 2.00 m) shelf, chest and an exit to  a little terrace (4m2) and stairs down to the garden.

Duration

Rent is possible on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm till Saturday 10am.

High season:  650 € / week

• Water, gas & 4kw electricity/day.
• Towels for the kitchen.
• Use of the swimming pool and the garden with a grill for barbecue.

Not included in the price

• Final cleaning apartment: 50 Euro.
• 0.15 Euro/kwh electricity, if daily consumption exceeds 4kwh.
• Bedlinen and towels for bath: 15 Euro.
  
• Animals: 2 Euro / animal / day.
